  Established with a capital of 2.5 million yen. Became the sole agent in Japan for the Air-Temp Division of Chrysler Corporation, USA.

• 1957

  July 1957

  Opened Osaka branch. Subsequently expanded sales offices to Nagoya, Fukuoka, Sendai, Kanazawa, and Rokkasho.

• 1958

  March 1958

  Became the sole agent in the Far East for Cambridge Filter Corporation, USA (a high-performance filter manufacturer).

• 1968

  March 1968

  Established Japan Cambridge Filter (a joint venture with Cambridge Filter Corporation, USA), beginning domestic production of filters.

• 1990

  May 1990

  Increased capital to 80 million yen.

• 1991

  November 1991

  Acquired the management rights of Cambridge Filter Corporation's stake in Japan Cambridge Filter, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.

• 1992

  July 1992

  Opened Singapore branch (now a local subsidiary). Subsequently established local subsidiaries in China and the USA, expanding the overseas network.

• 1993

  April 1993

  Established Cambridge Filter Service, enhancing the maintenance division.

• 2002

  November 2002

  Obtained ISO 9001 certification company-wide. In November 2005, also obtained ISO 14001 certification company-wide.

• 2004

  February 2004

  Became the sole agent in Japan for Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions, USA (a measuring instrument manufacturer).

• 2016

  April 2016

  Relocated headquarters to Shiba Cambridge Building, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

• 2022

  January 2022

  Absorbed and merged Japan Cambridge Filter, changing the company name to Cambridge Filter Corporation.

• 2023

  June 2023

  Celebrated the 70th anniversary of its founding.

• 2025

  August 2025

  Newly constructed a factory in Kanazawa City, establishing a four-factory structure: Kanazawa City (filter manufacturing, 3 locations) and Nasushiobara City (clean equipment manufacturing).
